At this time we are exclusively using the services of the United States Postal Service (USPS). We offer two flat-rate shipping options. These flat-rates apply to all orders no matter how large they might be. Below are the flat-rate details:

Cost: $20.00 (USPS increased their prices on 1/19/2016)
Delivery Estimate: Overnight to Many Locations, 2 Days to Others
Guarantee: Delivery Estimate Is Guaranteed by USPS (Money-Back Guarantee)
Refunds: Refunds are processed directly by us. Contact Us after delivery is made for a shipping refund if USPS exceeds their delivery guarantee.
We do not offer local delivery services or a pick-up option at our facility.
We do not offer cash on demand (COD) shipping.
We do not ship internationally (outside of the USA).
We do not ship Kratom to the US states of Alabama, Arkansas, Indiana, Tennessee, Vermont, or Wisconsin.
We do not ship Kratom to the US counties or cities of Jerseyville, IL, Sarasota County, FL, and San Diego, CA.
Same Day Shipping Cut-Off Time: 1pm (Eastern Timezone)
Shipping Days: Monday through Friday (Excluding postal holidays or store closures; see schedule below)
Orders received by 1pm (Eastern) Monday - Friday will be shipped out the same day as one large bundle (i.e. - all of them together) in the late afternoon or early evening. All orders received after 1pm will be shipped out the next scheduled shipping day. Please pay close attention to the store and holiday closure schedule below.

We are closed on the above dates and will not be shipping orders received or outstanding. Orders will be processed and shipped out the next postal service day (Monday - Friday). If changes need to be made to an order, or if you urgently need to contact us for some reason, please use our Contact Us page to send us your inquiry and we will get back to you before your order is set to be processed.
Note: The above dates can change frequently so please be sure to revisit this page before planning your next order. We promise that if the dates do change we will attempt to do so with no less than a 7 day advanced notice. So far we've been able to do so with no less than a 1 month advanced notice.
All orders receive a tracking number offered by USPS for both Priority and Priority Express mail services. We issue a tracking number for your order via email after your package has been placed in our out-going mail bin either for pickup by the Postal Service or drop off at one of their facilities. Tracking numbers are usually issued in batches between 1:30pm - 4:30pm (Eastern timezone).
If you have not yet received a tracking number it means that your package has not yet officially shipped. No changes can be made to an order after a tracking number has been issued. Receiving a tracking number means that we are no longer in physical possession of the package.
Note: The tracking numbers from USPS do not offer genuine real-time tracking information, although they are usually updated fairly frequently. Unfortunately, we are not able to see any more details regarding a package in transit than what is publicly available on the USPS website. Further assistance can be acquired by contacting USPS directly and/or by contacting your local Post Office. Your local Post Office can put a "trace" on any package that may have gone awry.
